Corona Real Estate

The City of Corona is located approximately 45 miles southeast of Los Angeles in western Riverside County. It is made up of 39.2 square miles and the population is over 160,000. Corona has emerged as an ethnically diverse community, where a significant percentage of the population is made up of young, well-educated families. The Corona community boasts many amenities that provides a wonderful quality of life. The City has more than 394 acres of parks, with sports fields, basketball courts, playgrounds, tennis courts, two skateparks and an outdoor pool. The Corona Public Library and the Circle City Center provide cultural and educational opportunities. The Senior Center is a hub of activity with programs, workshops and social gatherings. Corona also features a recreational airport.

Corona has grown into a vibrant city, bustling with industry, manufacturing, retail and community-minded residents. Corona is proud to have two esteemed school districts: Corona-Norco Unified School District (CNUSD) and Alvord Unified School District.  Corona has 38 colleges and universities within 90 miles, including California Baptist University, California State Polytechnic University Pomona, California State University Fullerton, Chapman University, La Sierra University and University of California Riverside. The Corona Public Library and the Fender Museum of Music and the Arts, as well as Christian Arts and Theater (CAT) provide cultural and educational programming.

Corona enjoys a multitude of shopping experiences with big box, specialty, and mom-and-pop retail located all over the city, and for a concentrated retail experience, Corona offers two dynamic retail and entertainment plazas: The Crossings at Corona and The Shops at Dos Lagos, both conveniently located just off the 1-15.

The Shops at Dos Lagos is located on the historical site of the Temescal Tin Mines and the Butterfield Stage Coach Route. The community continues to be attracted to this center for the elegant and attentive retail, dining and entertainment.
